Simple Ways to Request a Match

Every company manages their giving program slightly differently, but the process is almost always quick and straightforward. Here are the most common ways to submit your match:

1. Check Your Employer’s Giving Portal

Most common for medium to large companies.

Many companies use online platforms like Benevity, CyberGrants, YourCause, or Givinga. Log into your company’s HR or employee benefits portal, search for NH-VT Palliative Services (or The Hand to Heart Project), and upload your donation receipt.

2. Request a Matching Form

Common for small to mid-sized businesses.

Ask your HR or Community Relations department for a matching gift form. Fill out your section, send it to us, and our team will handle the rest of the confirmation with your employer.

3. Set Up Automatic Payroll Giving

Easiest way to give recurring support.

Some workplaces allow you to set up automatic payroll deductions that are matched automatically each pay period, making your ongoing support effortless.
