Make a Lasting Impact with Your Donor-Advised Fund

A Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) is one of the most powerful, tax-efficient ways to support our mission. If you already have a DAF established through a sponsor like Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, BNY Mellon, or a community foundation, you can recommend a grant to us at any time.

Your DAF gift helps us:

  • Provide free, in-home massage and compassionate support to people facing cancer

  • Deliver care at no cost to clients and families

  • Sustain and grow our program throughout the year

How to Give Through Your DAF

1. Log In to Your DAF Account

Access your sponsoring organization’s online portal where your donor-advised fund is managed.

2. Recommend a Grant

Navigate to the grant recommendation page and search for our organization using the following details:

    • Legal Name: NH-VT Palliative Services

    • Tax ID / EIN: 20-8392265

    • Mailing Address: PO Box 248, Cornish Flat, NH 03746

3. Designate Your Gift

Select your preferred grant amount and specify if you would like your gift directed to a specific program or our area of greatest need.

4. Notify Us (Optional)

DAF grants sometimes arrive without donor contact details. If you’d like us to acknowledge your gift or keep you updated on its impact, please let us know at contact@handtoheartproject.org or leave your name in the grant note.

Note: Under IRS regulations, DAF grants cannot be used to satisfy legally binding pledges, purchase event tickets, or cover goods/services with tangible benefit.
